   Kristen Manolis, a designer and event coordinator in New York and Greenwich, Conn., wants to streamline your holiday to do list. Her Decor in a Box is a table-setting kit in a festive red package that, at its most basic, includes a linen tablecloth in one of five sizes, coordinating linen napkins.
   Turkeys and pumpkins still reign supreme as design motifs at the Thanksgiving table, where classic and modern accessories make good dinner companions. Some of this season's new items do double duty: a blown-glass place-card holder in the shape of a turkey can be reused as a Christmas tree ornament, and a cast-iron pumpkin can go directly from stovetop to table. A 19th-century silver pattern was the inspiration for a new set of plastic cutlery that is nice enough to use in a pinch, when there are more guests than silver place settings.
